Hankyu Shijo Kawaramachi Station and the Takashimaya department store are within a 3-5 minute walk away, while Keihan Gion Shijo Station can be similarly accessed via a 8-minute walk. The Shijo Kawaramachi bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The taxi on the other hand will take guests to Kyoto Station in around 10-minutes. Osaka, Nara, Arashiyama, Uji, Kinkaku-ji Temple and Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and the Heian Shrine are tourist hotspots easily accessible from the property.

Guests can rent the entire building with 2 floors during their stay. The accommodations features a flat-screen TV. There is a kitchen with an oven and microwave. Awesome
Great location. Near to kawaramachi station and bus stops that bring us to all the major tourist attractions. It's also convenient for those who are going to Osaka. Lots of dining options too.
Just one feedback to the host. The antislip mat outside the bathroom may not be suitable for the flooring material. My husband slipped and hurt his toe, when he stepped on it.

The property was exactly as photographed and described. Everything was spotless. Great to have washing machine and clothes dried quickly outside on patio. Location was convenient to a grocery store and several restaurants.
General comment on experience in Japan (not specific to this property). Homes feel very closed off, with little to no window views. So, depending on how much time you are spending IN the property, this can feel claustrophic. But this one is lovely and nicely decorated, with great response time from hosts.
